    While travelling through Southern Europe, I had the pleasure of discovering flavours and aromas that could hardly be found in our local Szczecin cuisine. As I was training under the guidance of Italian chefs, an idea came into my head - to bring home the absolute best and open a restaurant that would meet the highest standards of taste while not ruining anyone's wallet.
